Known as our human computer, Gloria has an incredible ability to coordinate, communicate and process every order that comes into the kitchen.  She works closely with the production team to ensure savoury, sweet and salad waffles go out in a coordinated fashion to the table.  Her aim is to ensure there is no-one at the table waiting for a late order while everyone else is tucking into their tasty waffles.  Her 18 years of Waffling experience gives great confidence to the team, especially in the height of a busy season.  When she’s not processing orders, this mother of three is an African foreign movie buff, and sings gospel music like no other.

    Please send my most fond regards to Gloria, we had some tough times and some good times at the Waffle House and she just always managed to put her head down and get on with the business of getting those waffles out speedily.
    I miss her complicated personality!

    Gloria is of indeed the steering wheel of the waffle house she taught me a lot even though m no longer working there.Wat Anne is saying is true wat a humble n down 2 earth kind of person who’s so dedicated 2 her work.I hope u r as proud as we are about u.l love u Gloria
